To cut project roll-out times, Alemea uses ASAP - Accelerated SAP - methodology.
Projects are divided into five sequential phases, each ones with their own requisites, activities, documents and tools.
PROJECT PREPARATION
Definition of functional and technological goals of the project, assignation of responsibilities to working groups, drawing up of Project Charter , summarize of the project, landscape, risks, costs and implementation strategy. Key part of this phase is the approval of the charter by the Project Board.
BUSINESS BLUEPRINT
Analys of Business processes and selection of SAP standard best practices. Drawing up of "Business Blueprint" where the project team gives a detailed description of organization of business processes.
REALIZATION
Baseline configuration and customizing of SAP according to functional requirements contained in Business Blueprint. System development and testing of customized configurations not covered in standard solution. Final system configuration and function tests.
FINAL PREPARATION
Consolidation of previous phases and training for all users involved in system start-up, data migration and common definition of Go Live strategy.
GO LIVE AND SUPPORT
Start-up of new SAP platform and 24/7 monitoring of system function.
Practical support for users and development of corrective actions, if necessary.
