Process Re-engineering
BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) is the approach of Alemea to the radical improvement of processes.
Critical issues are identified by means of a diagnosis that highlights areas for improvement and defines quality aims in terms of performance. Diagnosis is followed by a process of re-engineering, that involves  all process components and creates  an interconnected set of operative actions:
  • re-definition of flows and responsibilities;
  • realization of new information systems and use of new technologies;
  • change management and formulation of incentive policies for human resource.
The result of re-engineering is an immediate, radical, and solid improvement, obtained by means of organizational innovation, the introduction of information technologies and new logistics/production solutions. What  Alemea means for  BPR is not the simple automation of  existing activities; the purpose  is to radically re-think and re-design processes to best exploit the potential of human resources and current technologies.
